The SCHULZE Blue Press Swing 40cm x 50cm Manual Swing-Away Heat Press is a versatile professional transfer press designed for decorators who want excellent workspace access, precise transfer positioning, and dependable manual operation at an approachable price point. Featuring a 40 x 50 cm pressing area, swing-away heating platen, Quick Release lower platen system, and electronic time and temperature controls, the Blue Press Swing provides a flexible platform for everyday apparel and heat transfer production.

The swing-away heating platen rotates completely to the side, leaving the entire lower workstation open and unobstructed. This makes it easier to load garments, accurately align transfers, and work around seams or other garment features while also keeping the operator farther away from the heated surface during setup.

A knee-lever pressure system helps apply even pressure across the platen with relatively little operator effort. The press can generate up to approximately 800 kg of pressing force, providing the pressure needed for a wide range of professional heat transfer applications.

The raised lower platen makes it easier to pull garments over the workstation so that only the layer being decorated rests on the pressing surface. This helps keep additional fabric layers, seams, and previously applied graphics away from the transfer area.

SCHULZE's Quick Release system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged quickly using the lever beneath the workstation. This modular design expands the Blue Press Swing beyond standard T-shirt production and makes it easier to accommodate different garment sizes and specialty transfer placements.

Electronic controls provide straightforward adjustment of time and temperature, while an integrated ECO Mode places the press into an energy-saving standby state after a period of inactivity. The 2.4 kW heating system is designed to provide reliable, even temperature distribution across the 40 x 50 cm platen.

The Blue Press Swing is manually opened and closed and does not feature automatic opening. Its compact swing-away construction makes it an excellent option for shops that want the platen access of a professional swing-away machine without the cost, space requirements, or complexity of pneumatic and fully automatic equipment.
