Cut material in mirror image
Weed
Preheat garment for 5 seconds
Blade: 45°
Time: Pre-press garment for 5 sec. then press design for 3 - 5 sec.
Temp: 310 - 315°F (155°C)
Pressure: Firm to Heavy Pressure
Peel: Cold then cover with Teflon sheet and repress for 10 sec.
Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics. Due to UV Rays, yellowing may occur on the white Xtra's adhesive, but will not affect the adhesion.
ORDERED A HEAT PRESS. AFTER RECIEVING WAS HAVING ISSUES FROM THE DTF COMPANY I WAS BUYING FROM AS FAR AS HOW LONG/TEMP/ETC... DTF'S WERE NOT ADHERING ACCORDING TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. CALLED DTF COMPANY - TRIED COUPLE OF DIFFERENT THINGS - DIDNT WORK. CALLED HEAT PRESS NATION AND SPOKE TO ONE OF THEIR GUYS AND WE TRIED A FEW THINGS AND EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY NOW. I GUESS MY DTF COMPANY SHOULD HIRE HIM!! THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS!!
Customer service is absolutely amazing! I reached out about a broken piece on my heat press and they responded immediately, helped me figure out the piece I needed and it was shipped soon after! They also sent a video on how to replace the item which was extremely helpful!
