The Sawgrass SG500 VersiFlex System combines a compact 220V Sawgrass printer with VersiFlex inks and VersiFlex Light transfer media for full-color decorating on cotton, natural fabrics, blends, uncoated wood, and other compatible surfaces. The same VersiFlex ink set can also be used for traditional sublimation on polyester and poly-coated blanks when paired with compatible sublimation paper and the correct Sawgrass print settings.
VersiFlex offers a simple print, press, and peel workflow with no cutting, weeding, adhesive powder, shaker, or curing station. It is a proprietary Sawgrass decorating process rather than a conventional powder-based DTF system, making it a practical option for shops that want to expand beyond polyester sublimation without adding another printer platform.
