The Sawgrass SG1000 VersiFlex System brings Sawgrass's flexible cotton and hard-goods decorating workflow to the larger SG1000 platform. With support for A3-size media from the standard tray, it is well suited for shops producing larger apparel graphics, signs, décor, and sublimation products.
VersiFlex uses Sawgrass VersiFlex inks with specialized transfer media to decorate cotton, natural fabrics, blends, uncoated wood, and other compatible surfaces. The same ink set can also be used for traditional sublimation on polyester and poly-coated blanks with compatible sublimation paper. The process is print, press, and peel, with no cutting, weeding, adhesive powder, shaker, or curing station.
