Introducing the Lotus LTS Membrane Heat Press Series! Designed for large-format sublimation, lamination, smart textiles, and technical textile applications, the Lotus LTS 1575 M, LTS 1600 M, LTS 1675 M, and LTS 1800 M use innovative membrane technology to deliver precise, consistent pressure across oversized applications.
The Lotus LTS Membrane Series is especially suitable for media and electronic components with different heights, where constant and precise pressure is required. An air-inflated rubber membrane helps provide uniform pressure across the transfer area, including the corners, making this series a strong solution for advanced production environments.
With two extricable printing plates, users can prepare one item while another is being processed, helping create a faster and more efficient workflow. The touchscreen control makes it easy to set and monitor time, temperature, and working pressure.
Built with high-quality ceramic heating elements, the LTS Membrane Series provides fast heating, even temperature distribution, and long-term durability for demanding production applications.
