Chemica Hotmark is one of the thinnest heat transfer vinyls available. At just 55 microns, this soft PU film is barely noticeable on the garment, cuts fine detail and small lettering cleanly, and holds up to washing at up to 80°C. It is a go-to choice for workwear, sportswear, team names and numbers, and fashion garments.

Application
Temperature: 160°C / 320°F
Time: 20 seconds
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Cold
- Cut in mirror mode with a standard 45° flex blade.
- Weed the excess material.
- Position the design and press at 160°C for 20 seconds with medium pressure, using a cover sheet to protect the design and garment.
- Peel the carrier once cold.
Care
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash
- Wash inside out, up to 80°C
- Tumble dry: Yes
- Iron on the reverse side only
- Dry cleaning not recommended
- Do not bleach
