Chemica Hotmark Revolution Heat Transfer Vinyl - 30 cm x 20 m

Chemica Hotmark Revolution is a universal heat transfer vinyl built for multi-surface work. One thin, soft PU film applies to cotton, polyester, acrylic and even nylon, presses in as little as 5 seconds, and peels hot or cold. It is a great fit for sportswear, stretch garments, bags, umbrellas and windbreakers.

Not recommended for fabrics with a water repellent treatment. Light colors may show dye migration on sublimated polyester, so test first.

Application

Quick mode: 140°C / 284°F for 5 seconds
Low temperature: 120°C / 248°F for 20 seconds
Nylon / Polyamide: 140°C / 284°F for 5 seconds, peel warm, then press again for 15 seconds
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot or cold

1. Cut in mirror mode with a standard 45° flex blade.
2. Weed the excess material.
3. Position the design and press using the settings above, with a cover sheet to protect the design and garment.
4. Peel the carrier hot or cold.

Care

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash
• Wash inside out, up to 60°C (40°C for nylon)
• Tumble dry: Yes
• Iron on the reverse side only
• Dry cleaning not recommended
• Do not bleach
