The LTS 12 features a 13 x 12 cm platen for compact logos, labels, breast pockets, sleeves, and other small applications, while the larger LTS 25 expands the working area to 25 x 12 cm for longer names, graphics, and small-to-medium transfers. Both models use the same straightforward manual operating concept with continuously adjustable pressure and precise digital time and temperature controls.

A freestanding lower support makes it possible to thread garments over the platen, allowing only the area being decorated to rest on the pressing surface. This helps keep seams, additional fabric layers, previously applied graphics, and other garment features away from the transfer area for cleaner and more consistent pressing.

During operation, the manual pressure arm locks securely into position. Once the cycle is complete, an acoustic and visual signal alerts the operator, and a built-in spring mechanism assists with raising the heating platen. Lotus's heating system provides fast, even heat across the pressing surface and is backed by a 10-year heating system warranty.
