Lotus LTS 138 Heat Press Series

The Lotus LTS 138 Series 38cm x 45cm Heat Press gives professional decorators multiple ways to configure the same versatile 38 x 45 cm pressing platform. From straightforward manual operation to swing-away access, dual-heated pressing, and semi-automatic workflows, the LTS 138 family allows you to choose the machine that best matches your applications and production style.

Every model features a generous 38 x 45 cm pressing area, precise digital time and temperature control, continuously adjustable pressure, and Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology for fast heating and consistent temperature distribution. The freestanding lower platen also allows garments to be threaded onto the press in a single layer, helping keep seams, additional fabric layers, and previously applied graphics away from the pressing area.

The standard LTS 138 provides simple manual operation for dependable everyday transfer work. The LTS 138 B adds a swing-away heating platen, giving the operator a completely unobstructed view of the lower platen for easier garment loading and transfer alignment. For specialty applications requiring heat from both sides, the LTS 138 S incorporates heated upper and lower platens with independent temperature control.

Decorators looking for increased production convenience can choose between two semi-automatic configurations. The LTS 138 Slide uses an electromagnetic locking system and automatically opens and swings the heating platen away when the timer reaches zero. The LTS 138 SAC automatically opens at the end of the cycle and combines this with an extractable lower platen for easier loading and positioning.

Compatible configurations can also be equipped with optional specialty lower platens and cap attachments, allowing the LTS 138 platform to handle everything from full-size apparel graphics to sleeves, pockets, children's garments, bags, caps, and other specialty products.
