The Lotus LTS 238 / LTS 250 Dual-Platen Manual Heat Press Series is built for efficient garment production with two freestanding lower platens and a swing-away heating platen. While one garment is being pressed, the second lower platen can be prepared for the next application, helping improve workflow and reduce downtime between transfers.

The swing-away design provides clear access to each lower platen for easier garment positioning. The manually operated pressure arm securely locks the heating platen during the transfer cycle, while continuously adjustable pressure allows the machine to accommodate a variety of garments and transfer applications.

Both models feature Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology for consistent heat distribution across the heating platen, along with digital time and temperature controls for repeatable production.
