Lotus LTS 238 SA / LTS 250 SA Dual-Platen Semi-Automatic Heat Press Series

The Lotus LTS 238 SA / LTS 250 SA Dual-Platen Semi-Automatic Heat Press Series combines two freestanding working platens with semi-automatic operation for faster, more efficient garment production.

The operator lowers the heating platen using the hand lever, and an electromagnetic locking system takes over to maintain pressure throughout the transfer cycle. Once the programmed time is complete, the press automatically releases and opens, helping reduce repetitive operator effort and improve consistency during longer production runs.

The swing-away heating platen moves between two lower working platens, allowing one garment to be loaded or prepared while another is being pressed. This dual-station workflow helps minimize downtime between applications.

Both models feature Mikanit 2.0 heating technology for consistent heat distribution, digital time and temperature controls, programmable settings, and pre-press and post-press functionality.
