Introducing the Lotus LTS 550 / 560 Pneumatic Heat Press Series! Designed for professional production environments, this series combines push-button pneumatic operation with multiple configurations for apparel, sportswear, workwear, sublimation media, technical textiles, and specialty applications.
The Lotus LTS 550 / 560 Series gives decorators a flexible way to choose the right pneumatic press based on size and workflow. The LTS 550 models are based around a 40 x 50 cm transfer area, while the LTS 560 models offer a larger 45 x 60 cm transfer area. Select membrane models use slightly different transfer areas designed for specialty membrane pressing applications.
The transfer process starts conveniently at the push of a button. The pneumatic system lowers the heating plate, locks it under pressure, and automatically lifts it after the countdown reaches zero. This makes the series a strong choice for users who want consistent pressure, easier operation, and a more production-friendly workflow than a manual heat press.
Available configurations include standard pneumatic, double-heated, touch screen, and membrane models. This allows customers to choose between a standard production setup, two heating plates for specialty applications, touch screen controls for added convenience, or membrane technology for applications requiring constant and precise pressure.
