The Lotus LTS 714 Dual 14.5cm x 9cm Pneumatic Cap Heat Press is a professional dual-station cap press designed for faster production of customized caps, hats, and beanies. Featuring two 14.5 x 9 cm curved cap pressing areas, pneumatic operation, and automatic opening, the LTS 714 provides the consistency and production efficiency needed for higher-volume headwear decoration.

Pneumatic operation eliminates the need to manually pull the heating platen closed. At the push of a button, the press lowers, locks into position, and maintains consistent pressure throughout the programmed transfer cycle. When the timer reaches zero, the heating platen automatically lifts, reducing repetitive operator effort and helping prevent over-pressing during production.

The dual cap configuration allows operators to work more efficiently when producing multiple pieces of headwear. Caps and beanies can be securely positioned on the curved supports for consistent contact between the transfer and heating surface, while continuously adjustable pneumatic pressure allows the machine to accommodate different products, materials, and transfer applications.

The LTS 714 is also more versatile than a dedicated cap-only machine. It can be optionally configured with a standard flat heating platen and interchangeable lower platens, expanding its capabilities to apparel, sportswear, workwear, sleeves, pockets, and other specialty heat transfer applications.

Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology provides fast warm-up and stable temperature distribution, while digital controls allow operators to precisely set time and temperature.
