Introducing the SCHULZE Air 2 Press! This semi-automatic pneumatic carousel heat press is designed for high-output production on towels, doormats, carpets, curtains, and other large textile applications.
The Air 2 Press features two large 70 x 100 cm base plates, allowing operators to load and remove textiles at separate stations for a smoother, more productive workflow.
Operation can be controlled through the touch display or built-in light barrier, while the adjustable control unit helps improve operator comfort during repeated production.
With a 2.4 kW Turbo heating platen, stepless adjustable pressure, safety frame, and emergency stop button, the Air 2 Press is made for efficient large-format textile production. A compressor is required for operation.
