The SCHULZE Ball Press Ø15cm Manual Heat Press is a specialized professional transfer press designed specifically for decorating footballs, soccer balls, handballs, and other compatible sports balls. Featuring a curved ball support and a 15 cm diameter heating and pressing area, the Ball Press securely positions rounded products for more consistent transfer placement, heat, and pressure than can be achieved with a conventional flat heat press.

The standard ball support is designed for sports balls measuring approximately 20 to 24 cm in diameter. This covers many commonly decorated footballs, soccer balls, handballs, and similar products while providing the stable positioning needed to keep curved surfaces from shifting during pressing.

For smaller sports balls, SCHULZE offers an optional three-piece silicone adapter set that allows the press to accommodate ball diameters starting at approximately 13 cm. This expands the machine for a broader range of sports, promotional products, and specialty ball-decoration applications.

The Ball Press is manually operated and does not self-open, giving the operator direct control over the pressing process. Digital time and temperature controls make it easy to reproduce frequently used transfer settings, with temperatures adjustable up to 220°C and pressing times programmable up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds.

An integrated ECO Mode automatically places the press into an energy-saving standby state after a period of inactivity, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption between production runs.

The compact machine requires very little workstation space while providing a dedicated solution for a product that can be difficult to decorate accurately with standard heat transfer equipment.
