The SCHULZE Big Lite Pneu Press 70cm x 100cm Pneumatic Large-Format Slide-Out Heat Press brings professional large-format pressing capability to shops that need more working area without moving into SCHULZE's largest industrial press systems. Featuring a generous 70 x 100 cm pressing area, pneumatic operation, a pull-out lower platen, touchscreen controls, and interchangeable heating and base platens, the Big Lite Pneu Press is designed for large textiles, sublimation, mats, curtains, and other oversized transfer applications.

The slide-out lower platen pulls completely away from beneath the heating surface, providing an open workspace for positioning large textiles and transfers. This makes it easier to align oversized substrates accurately while keeping the operator away from the hot heating platen during loading and unloading.

Pneumatic operation provides strong, repeatable pressure without requiring the operator to manually close a large-format heating platen. Pressure can be adjusted continuously to suit different textiles and transfer applications, with the machine capable of delivering up to 1,800 kg of pressing force.

A modern touch display provides control over temperature, pressing time, transfer type, preset programs, and separate pre-press and main-press settings. Frequently used transfer configurations can be stored for more consistent production and faster setup between jobs.

The 3.4 kW Turbo heating platen is engineered for reliable heat distribution across the large 70 x 100 cm surface and reaches approximately 180°C in about 30 minutes. SCHULZE's interchangeable heating and base platen system also allows the press to be adapted with compatible platen sizes for additional production flexibility.

A soft foam mat on the lower platen makes the Big Lite Pneu Press particularly well suited for large-format sublimation. Applications include towels, floor mats, carpets, curtains, large fabric panels, and other products that exceed the capacity of a conventional apparel heat press.

Despite its large pressing area, the Big Lite Pneu Press uses a compact modular construction designed to pass through standard doorways without requiring major structural modifications to the installation area. A sturdy under-table is included to provide an appropriate working height and stable production platform.

An integrated Eco Mode helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption during periods of inactivity. After approximately 30 minutes without use, the platen temperature is reduced by 50°C; after an additional 30 minutes of inactivity, the press automatically switches off.
