SCHULZE Big Press Pneumatic Large-Format Heat Press

The SCHULZE Big Press Pneumatic Large-Format Heat Press is an industrial transfer press designed for professional sublimation, textile decoration, and other applications that require significantly more working area than a conventional heat press. Available in four platen sizes ranging from 58 x 100 cm up to 112 x 150 cm, the Big Press provides the capacity, pressure, and heating performance needed for oversized textiles, floor mats, blankets, curtains, banners, large sublimation products, and other demanding production work.

Unlike a conventional heat press where the upper heating platen moves downward, the Big Press uses a pneumatically raised lower platen. During the pressing cycle, the base rises vertically and presses the substrate against the stationary heating platen above. This design provides strong, consistent pressure across the oversized work surface while keeping the heating system securely positioned.

The extendable drawer-style lower platen pulls completely out from beneath the heating surface, providing clear access for loading, transfer positioning, and alignment. This is especially valuable when working with large textiles and rigid substrates where accurate placement can be difficult underneath a stationary heating platen.

Pneumatic operation provides repeatable pressing pressure while reducing the physical effort required to operate a machine of this size. Depending on the selected model, the Big Press delivers up to approximately 2,490 kg or 5,040 kg of maximum pressing force, allowing it to handle demanding large-format sublimation and textile-transfer applications.

A straightforward digital control system allows the operator to set pressing time, temperature, and production cycles. The high-capacity heating system is designed to provide stable temperature distribution across the large platen and reaches approximately 180°C in about 30 minutes.

The Big Press is built for industrial production environments and requires both a 3 x 400 V three-phase electrical connection and an external air compressor. Heating capacity ranges from 5 kW on the smallest configuration to 11 kW on the largest model.
