The SCHULZE Roundlabel Press Ø13cm Manual Self-Opening Label & Patch Heat Press is a compact professional transfer press designed specifically for the precise application of labels, patches, emblems, and small textile appliqués. Featuring two round Ø13 cm work platens, automatic opening, pre-press functionality, and interchangeable lower platen options, the Roundlabel Press provides a dedicated workstation for small-format applications where accuracy and repeatability are especially important.

The press is equipped with two round Ø13 cm lower work platens, providing a focused surface for accurately positioning small transfers and embellishments. This dedicated small-format design makes it easier to work with labels and patches than using a conventional full-size heat press, where seams, garment construction, and excess platen area can make precise positioning more difficult.

The Roundlabel Press is manually closed and held under pressure using a magnetic locking system. When the programmed pressing time is complete, the lock automatically releases and the heating platen opens, helping reduce the risk of over-pressing and improving workflow during repetitive label and patch production.

An integrated pre-press function allows textiles to be briefly pressed before the main transfer cycle begins. Once the pre-press cycle is complete, the primary pressing time starts automatically. The same function can also be used for after-pressing when a transfer requires a finishing cycle for improved adhesion or durability.

For additional versatility, SCHULZE offers optional rectangular interchangeable lower platens in 10 x 6 cm and 8 x 4 cm sizes. These accessories allow the press to be adapted for rectangular labels, narrow patches, branding elements, and other small-format transfer shapes.

An integrated ECO Mode automatically switches off the heating plate after 30 minutes of inactivity, reducing unnecessary energy consumption and helping extend the service life of the heating system.
