The SEFA Clam Sport V3 Heat Press is a specialized auto-open heat press designed for decorating inflated sports balls with heat-applied graphics. Its adjustable lower support accommodates multiple ball sizes, allowing operators to apply flex and other compatible transfers directly to inflated balls without requiring the product to be deflated.
The Clam Sport V3 features an electromagnetic auto-open system that automatically releases the upper heating element at the end of the timed cycle, helping reduce the risk of over-pressing while improving consistency during repeat production. The lower support can be quickly adjusted in height to accommodate different ball diameters, making it easy to switch between jobs.
Beyond sports balls, the Clam Sport V3 can also be converted for additional specialty applications using compatible optional platens. With the appropriate platen installed, the press can be used for caps, shoes, logos, and other small-format transfers, giving decorators added flexibility from a single machine.
