Sefa Duplex Mini Lite Heat Press

The SEFA Duplex Mini Lite Heat Press is a professional dual-station pneumatic press designed for high-volume cap, logo, and small-format heat transfer production. Its two-station design allows operators to load and prepare one platen while the other is being pressed, helping reduce downtime and keep production moving efficiently.

Pneumatic operation provides automatic opening and closing with consistent pressure from cycle to cycle, reducing the physical effort required during repetitive production. The press is activated using two push-buttons, allowing operators to quickly begin each pressing cycle once the garment or product has been positioned.

The Duplex Mini Lite can be configured with either 18 x 8 cm (7" x 3") cap platens or 16 x 16 cm (6" x 6") logo platens, making it an excellent solution for businesses producing decorated hats, chest logos, patches, labels, sleeves, and other small-format products. When configured for caps, built-in cap tensioners help keep the item securely positioned during pressing.

With pneumatic pressure up to 993 g/cm², the Duplex Mini Lite delivers strong, repeatable pressure for heat transfer vinyl, screen print transfers, sublimation, laser transfers, and other decorating processes. Advanced SEFA electronics provide precise PID temperature regulation, multiple timers, programmable recipes, production counting, and energy-saving functions for efficient day-to-day operation.
