The SEFA e-Duplex Air Pro 40cm x 50cm Heat Press is SEFA's advanced dual-station pneumatic press for high-volume production, combining the automation of the e-Duplex Pro with membrane platen technology for decorating thicker garments and products with uneven or raised surfaces.

The press features two full-size 40 x 50 cm (16" x 20") standard lower platens along with 45 x 55 cm (18" x 22") membrane platens. When the membrane system is used, the platen inflates to conform around garment irregularities such as thick seams, zippers, buttons, pockets, linings, and other raised areas. This helps create more even pressure across the transfer area and makes it possible to decorate products that can be difficult to press on a conventional flat platen.

The e-Duplex Air Pro also features automatic opening, closing, and heating-head shuttle movement between its two workstations. While one item is being pressed, the operator can prepare the opposite station, creating an efficient continuous production workflow. A foot pedal provides hands-free cycle control, allowing both hands to remain available for garment and transfer positioning.

With three selectable operating modes—single-platen, semi-automatic, and fully automatic—the e-Duplex Air Pro can adapt to different jobs and production requirements. Pneumatic pressure up to 625 g/cm², support for materials up to 45 mm thick, and a powerful 2200 W heating system provide the versatility needed for heat transfer vinyl, screen print transfers, sublimation, ChromaLuxe®, laser transfers, DTG-related applications, and specialty workwear decoration.

SEFA's multifunction touchscreen provides independent timing and preheating settings for each workstation, along with 10 programmable recipes, adaptive temperature regulation, Eco Mode, Standby Mode, and dual production counters. For professional decorators handling high-volume apparel production as well as jackets, uniforms, workwear, and other challenging garments, the e-Duplex Air Pro offers exceptional flexibility, automation, and pressure control.
