The SEFA e-Duplex Pro 40cm x 50cm Heat Press is a high-production dual-station pneumatic heat press designed for professional decorators who need maximum efficiency, automation, and flexibility. Featuring two full-size 40 x 50 cm (16" x 20") lower platens, automatic head shuttle movement, and three selectable operating modes, the e-Duplex Pro is built to keep large-volume production moving with minimal downtime.
Unlike the e-Duplex Lite, the Pro model automatically moves the heating head between the two workstations. While one item is being pressed, the operator can load and prepare the opposite platen, creating a continuous production workflow. A foot pedal allows hands-free cycle control, giving the operator more freedom to position garments and transfers before pressing.
The e-Duplex Pro offers three operating modes: single-platen, semi-automatic, and fully automatic, allowing the machine to adapt to different production environments and operator preferences. Pneumatic opening and closing provides repeatable pressure from cycle to cycle, while the automatic shuttle system further reduces repetitive operator movement during high-volume runs.
With pressure up to 625 g/cm², support for materials up to 45 mm thick, and a powerful 2200 W heating system, the e-Duplex Pro is suitable for heat transfer vinyl, screen print transfers, textile sublimation, rigid substrate sublimation, ChromaLuxe®, laser transfers, and DTG-related applications including pretreatment drying.
SEFA's multifunction touchscreen gives operators independent timing and preheating control for each platen, along with 10 programmable recipes, adaptive temperature regulation, Eco Mode, Standby Mode, and dual production counters. Quick-change platens, generous workstation clearance, and an integrated anti-pinch safety guard round out a machine designed for demanding professional production.
