DTF printing, or Direct-to-Film printing, is a revolutionary technique that allows you to transfer your designs onto various substrates with precision and quality. With a DTF printer, you have the power to transform ordinary garments, accessories, and more into works of art with a minimal workspace.

One of the most remarkable aspects of DTF printing is its simplicity. Unlike other printing methods that require complex setups, excessive supplies and technical expertise, DTF printing offers a clean and user-friendly experience. With a few easy to follow steps you're able to create custom garments with ease.

The process begins with preparing your design. From single color to multi-colors, the DTF printer can turn it into a ready-to-press heat transfer Simply upload your design to the printer's software, and watch it create a high quality film transfer.

Once your design is ready, it's time to transfer it onto the transfer film. The DTF printer applies a special ink onto the film. The film acts as a medium, holding your creation until it's ready to be transferred onto the final surface.

After printing, application of a special adhesive powder is required for it to adhere to the garment during the heat transfer process. After the film is prepped with the print and powder, lastly it just needs to be cured.

WARNING: Work in a WELL VENTILATED AREA and use protective equipment when working with DTF products and processes. It is highly recommended the use of a Fume Extractor to handle the fumes caused by TPU adhesive powder curing. Bodily protection, including the use of PPE equipment such as a full body covering, a respirator / N95 mask, goggles and gloves are recommended to protect against TPU adhesive powder (prior to curing) that may become airborne due to handling. Inhalation of TPU adhesive powder or fumes may be hazardous to your health. The use of DTF equipment, chemicals, powders, inks and all accessories are at the sole risk of the user. DTF equipment is intended for use in a commercial environment. It is not recommended to use DTF equipment in a residential, or in-home setting. DTF inks and film require a good humidity environment - over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling. Add a Fume Extractor to this package for sufficient fume extraction.
