Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of heatpressnation.com and any purchase you make from us (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Enetshops, LLC, doing business as Heat Press Nation ("HPN," "we," "us," or "our"), 2300 East Walnut Ave., Fullerton, California 92831, United States. Orders placed through our EU store are sold by Heat Press Nation B.V. (Chamber of Commerce no. 99819481), Demkaweg 29, 3555 HW Utrecht, the Netherlands, a subsidiary of Enetshops, LLC.

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Some sections apply only to certain customers, such as consumers in the European Union. Those sections say so. Everything else applies to all users.

Your account

Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Minors may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Creating an account: you can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, the information you provide must be accurate and complete.
Keeping it secure: you are responsible for your login details and for all activity under your account. Use a strong password and do not share it.
Reporting a problem: contact us right away if you believe your account or personal information has been accessed without permission.
Closing your account: you can close your account at any time by contacting us.
Suspension: we may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraud or abuse. Closing an account does not cancel any amounts you still owe.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Services, including text, images, videos, tutorials, buyer's guides, designs, logos, and software, is owned by HPN or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use this content for your own personal or internal business use in connection with shopping with us. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except where a page clearly allows downloading or sharing (for example, product instructions or designs purchased from our Design Store, which are subject to any license terms shown with them).

Product names, brand names, and trademarks of the manufacturers we carry belong to their respective owners.

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, please contact us so we can review it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

break any law or regulation, or violate these Terms
infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
impersonate any person, including HPN staff, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
post or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or invades anyone's privacy
post advertising or solicit our customers for other businesses
interfere with the site's operation or security, including by using bots, scrapers, or malicious code
place fraudulent orders or misuse promotions, coupons, or rewards
harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers

We may restrict access, cancel orders, or report activity to authorities if we believe these rules have been broken.

Reviews and content you submit

When you submit reviews, photos, videos, questions, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to your experience. You grant HPN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our Services and marketing, including with your name or username as submitted.

We do not review all submitted content and are not responsible for it, but we may remove content that is abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or include features from third parties, such as payment providers, financing partners, video platforms, and review services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Loyalty, referral, and affiliate programs

Our loyalty, referral, and affiliate programs (including the HPN Partners program) are subject to the rules shown on their program pages. Referral codes and rewards may be limited to certain products, may have usage limits, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Affiliates: if you take part in an HPN affiliate program, you also agree that you will not:

send unsolicited commercial email or messages promoting HPN in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or other anti-spam laws
bid on, purchase, or register search keywords, paid ads, or domain names that use "Heat Press Nation," "HeatPressNation," or any variation or misspelling of our trademarks
modify, disable, or interfere with the tracking links, codes, or creative assets we provide

If you break these rules, we may withhold or cancel commissions, remove you from the program, and ask platforms to remove the related ads.

Orders and sales

Product information

We work to describe products accurately, but images, colors, and descriptions are for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product. Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may refuse or cancel any orders for it, even after the order is confirmed or your payment is charged. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Placing an order

Choose your products, review your cart, and submit your order at checkout.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an email confirming we received it.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you.
Some products, such as custom transfers, require artwork or other details from you. Your order is not complete until you provide what is needed.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency of your store region. Taxes, shipping, and any other fees are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Tax-exempt purchases require a valid exemption certificate on file. See our Tax Exemption page for details.

Discounts and coupons

Promotions and coupons are offered at our discretion and are subject to the terms shown with each offer.
Unless stated otherwise, coupons cannot be combined, must be used in full at the time of purchase, have no cash value, and expire at the time stated in the offer (Pacific Time).
Coupons may not be resold, copied, or used for commercial purposes. We may cancel orders that misuse a coupon.
Past or recurring promotions do not guarantee future ones.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. Financing options are provided by our financing partners and are subject to their approval and terms. If a payment fails or is reversed, we are not required to fulfill the order.

Ownership

Products remain HPN's property until we receive full payment.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the addresses and countries available at checkout. Delivery times, methods, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy and Delivery Methods pages.

Check your delivery: inspect your shipment when it arrives and report damage or missing items to us promptly. You may refuse a package that is visibly damaged.
Your own carrier: if we agree to let you arrange pickup with your own carrier, you are responsible for that shipment once it leaves our facility.
Address errors and missed deliveries: we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. If a shipment is returned to us, we will contact you, and additional delivery attempts may be at your expense.

Digital products

Digital products, such as software or designs, are delivered by download or license key. You are responsible for having a compatible device and software. Download access may be limited in time.

Returns, warranties, and product protection

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Return Policy. Product warranties are described on our Warranty page and in manufacturer documentation. Extended protection plans purchased at checkout are provided by our protection partner under its own terms.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

This section applies only to consumers located in the European Union.

Your right: you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you choose other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several shipments, the period starts when the last item arrives. For recurring deliveries, it starts when the first delivery arrives.

How to withdraw: send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing, by email to support@heatpressnation.com or using the form below, before the 14 days end. We will confirm receipt by email.

Returning the goods: send the goods back to Heat Press Nation B.V., Demkaweg 29, 3555 HW Utrecht, the Netherlands, within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the cost of returning them. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to examine them.

Your refund: we will refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we will not refund the difference. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods or you show proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (such as custom transfers), sealed software or digital content once opened or downloaded with your consent, or other exceptions allowed by law.

Product safety

Heat presses, printers, cutters, ovens, and related equipment involve high temperatures, pressure, electricity, inks, and moving parts. You are responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining products safely and as directed by the manufacturer, for providing proper ventilation where required, and for supervising anyone who uses them. Products should not be used by children without adult supervision. To the extent permitted by law, HPN is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, HPN disclaims all warranties about the website, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product warranties are limited to those stated in our Warranty policy and manufacturer documentation.

Tutorials, settings guides, buyer's guides, and support advice are provided for general guidance. Results depend on your equipment, materials, and methods. Always follow the manufacturer's safety instructions.

Some states and countries do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HPN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services or any product, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid HPN for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country or state.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HPN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or content you submit through your account. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.

Disputes

Contact us first: if you have a problem, email support@heatpressnation.com with a short description and your order number. We will respond within 21 days and work with you to resolve it.

Governing law: for orders from our US store, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. For orders from our EU store, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are an EU consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Venue: any dispute about a US store order that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Disputes about EU store orders may be brought in the competent courts of the Netherlands or, for EU consumers, in the courts of your country of residence.

Time limit for claims: to the extent permitted by law, any claim related to the Services or a US store purchase must be brought within one year after it arises.

International sales: the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

US users: to the extent permitted by law, you and HPN each waive the right to a jury trial, and claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of a class or representative action.

General terms

Changes to these Terms: we may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from that date forward, and the version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Service availability: we may pause, change, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance or other reasons, and the Services may be unavailable due to events outside our control.
Reselling the site: you may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the website without our written permission. This does not restrict reselling products you have purchased from us.
Notices: we may send notices to the email address associated with your account or order, or post them on the Services.
No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent needed, and the rest of these Terms remain in effect.
Assignment: we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, for example as part of a business sale, without reducing your rights. You may not transfer yours without our written permission.
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and HPN about the Services.
