Lotus LTS 105 / 109 Manual Fixing Press Series

The Lotus LTS 105 / LTS 109 XL Manual Heat Press Series is designed for large-format heat transfer, sublimation, and thermo-fixing applications where a larger working area is required. Available with either a 90 x 40 cm or 90 x 50 cm transfer area, these presses are well suited for oversized apparel, sportswear, technical textiles, sublimation media, and other large-format applications.

A swing-away heating plate moves completely away from the lower platen, providing an unobstructed workspace for positioning garments and transfers. The freestanding lower platen also allows textiles to be threaded onto the press so only the layer being decorated rests on the platen, helping avoid unwanted seams, wrinkles, or previously applied graphics.

The manual pressure system locks securely during the pressing cycle and features continuously adjustable pressure for different transfer materials and substrates. Digital time and temperature controls make it easy to set repeatable application parameters, while audible and visual signals notify the operator when the pressing cycle is complete.

Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology provides fast warm-up, consistent temperature distribution, and individually replaceable heating elements for long-term serviceability and efficient operation.
