The SCHULZE Air 4 Press 40cm x 50cm 4-Station Pneumatic Carousel Heat Press is a professional high-production transfer press designed for continuous apparel decoration workflows. Featuring four rotating 40 x 50 cm workstations, pneumatic automatic opening and closing, touchscreen controls, and hands-free cycle activation, the Air 4 Press allows multiple garments to be loaded, pressed, and unloaded simultaneously across different stations.

The four-station carousel design is built to minimize production downtime. While one garment is being pressed, other stations remain accessible for loading, transfer positioning, and unloading. As each cycle is completed, the carousel advances the workstations through the production sequence, allowing operators to maintain a continuous workflow during high-volume jobs.

Once the textile and transfer are positioned, the pressing cycle can be initiated using either the machine controls or the integrated motion sensor / light barrier. The press then automatically closes, maintains the selected pneumatic pressure for the programmed time, opens when the cycle is complete, and advances the carousel as required.

Pneumatic operation provides consistent pressure from one transfer to the next while reducing the repetitive physical effort associated with manually operated presses. Pressure is continuously adjustable up to 6 bar, allowing the machine to be fine-tuned for different textiles, transfer materials, and production requirements.

An intuitive touch display controls temperature, pressing time, transfer programs, memory settings, pre-press and main-press durations, and production functions. This allows frequently used transfer settings to be stored and recalled for more consistent production across repeat jobs.

The 2.4 kW Turbo heating platen provides reliable heat across the 40 x 50 cm transfer area and reaches approximately 165°C in about nine minutes. Each lower workstation is equipped with a durable 10 mm silicone mat to provide a consistent pressing surface.

For operator protection, the Air 4 Press includes a protective safety frame around the heating platen and a dedicated emergency stop button. Together with the motion-sensor activation system, these features make the machine well suited for professional production environments where speed, consistency, and operator workflow are equally important.
