The SCHULZE Air Duo Press Dual-Station Pneumatic Swing-Away Heat Press is a professional production press designed to combine consistent pneumatic pressure with the efficiency of two independent workstations. Available with either a 38 x 45 cm or larger 40 x 50 cm platen configuration, the Air Duo Press allows one garment or product to be prepared while the opposite station is being pressed.
The pneumatic system automatically closes and opens the heating platen at the push of a button, reducing repetitive operator effort while providing consistent pressure from cycle to cycle. Once a pressing cycle is complete, the operator can manually swing the heating platen to the opposite workstation with minimal effort and immediately begin the next transfer.
This dual-station workflow helps minimize downtime during repetitive production. While one product is under heat and pressure, the second workstation remains completely accessible for unloading, garment threading, transfer alignment, and preparation of the next job.
An intuitive touch display provides control over temperature, pressing time, and separate pre-press, main-press, and post-press settings. Stepless pneumatic pressure adjustment allows the machine to be fine-tuned for different textiles, transfers, and substrate thicknesses, with a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar.
SCHULZE's Quick Release base plate system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged quickly using a simple lever mechanism. Interchangeable heating and base plates expand the Air Duo Press beyond standard apparel production for sweatshirts, bags, umbrellas, specialty textiles, and other products.
The Turbo heating platen is engineered for fast warm-up and consistent temperature distribution. The 38 x 45 cm configuration provides 3.0 kW of heating power, while the larger 40 x 50 cm version increases output to 3.3 kW and uses up to two heating zones for improved temperature uniformity across the larger surface.
