Introducing the SCHULZE Cap Press! Built for professional cap and hat customization, the Cap Press features a curved 8 x 16 cm heating plate, automatic opening, and a modern touch display for efficient headwear production.
The SCHULZE Cap Press is designed to make decorating curved headwear surfaces easier and more consistent than using a standard flat heat press. It is a strong option for club designs, corporate logos, personalized gifts, small batches, and production shops that offer cap decoration.
The press opens automatically after the set press time, helping improve workflow and reducing the chance of over-pressing. A touch display allows users to set temperature, time, pre-pressing, main pressing, post-pressing, ECO mode, and transfer counter functions.
Interchangeable base plates help support different cap sizes and applications, while an optional heated base plate can improve adhesion for thicker transfers or embroidered patches.
