The SCHULZE E-Power Duo Press 2.0 Dual-Station Electric Heat Press combines the productivity of two workstations with fully electric closing, pressure control, and automatic opening—all without requiring an external air compressor. Designed for professional apparel decoration and higher-volume transfer production, the E-Power Duo Press 2.0 provides a quiet, efficient alternative to traditional pneumatic dual-station presses.

Available with either a 38 x 45 cm or larger 40 x 50 cm heating platen, the dual-station design allows one garment or product to be loaded while the opposite workstation is being pressed. Once a transfer is positioned, the press closes electrically at the push of a button and automatically opens when the programmed pressing cycle is complete.

Unlike a pneumatic production press, the E-Power Duo Press 2.0 uses an electric drive system to generate and control pressing pressure. No external compressor, compressed-air lines, or high-voltage electrical service are required. This reduces installation requirements, operating noise, and pneumatic maintenance while providing precise, repeatable pressure from one transfer to the next.

The swiveling heating platen moves between the two workstations, allowing operators to alternate between stations during production. This workflow helps reduce downtime because one garment can be unloaded and the next transfer positioned while the other workstation completes its pressing cycle.

An intuitive touch display provides control over temperature, pressing time, pressure, programs, production counters, and pre-, main-, and post-press settings. Digital pressure adjustment replaces traditional mechanical or analog pressure controls, making it easier to reproduce consistent settings across frequently repeated transfer applications.

The SCHULZE Quick Release base plate system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged in seconds using a lever-operated release. Optional heating and base plates expand the machine beyond standard T-shirt production for sweatshirts, caps, bags, backpacks, umbrellas, and other specialty products.
