SCHULZE E-Power Duo Press 2.0 Automatic Dual-Station Electric Heat Press

The SCHULZE E-Power Duo Press 2.0 Automatic Dual-Station Electric Heat Press is a professional production press designed to deliver the automation and consistency of an industrial pneumatic heat press without requiring an external air compressor. Featuring two workstations, fully automatic platen movement, digitally controlled pressure, and an intuitive 5-inch touchscreen, the E-Power Duo Press 2.0 Automatic is built for efficient, repeatable apparel and heat transfer production.

Available with either a 38 x 45 cm or larger 40 x 50 cm heating platen, the dual-station design allows the operator to load or unload one product while the opposite workstation is being pressed. In fully automatic mode, once the garment and transfer are positioned, the machine can handle the pressing sequence automatically—including closing, timing, opening, and movement between workstations.

Unlike a pneumatic production press, the E-Power Duo Press 2.0 Automatic uses a fully electric drive system. No external air compressor is required, eliminating compressor noise, air lines, and pneumatic maintenance while allowing the press to provide precise, digitally controlled pressure through its electric drive.

The machine offers three operating modes to adapt to different production workflows. Fully automatic mode provides maximum automation, semi-automatic mode allows operation using the machine controls or footswitch, and manual mode gives the operator direct control when needed. The press can also be configured for dual-workstation or single-workstation operation.

A 5-inch touchscreen provides control over temperature, pressing time, pressure, programs, and production counters. Complete application templates can be saved using specific temperature, pressure, and time settings, making it easier to reproduce commonly used transfer processes without manually entering each parameter for every job.

SCHULZE's Quick Release base plate system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged quickly for different garment sizes and specialty applications. Protective base-plate covers are included, while the open platen design makes it easier to position apparel, bags, backpacks, umbrellas, and other products that can be difficult to load onto a conventional fixed-platen press.
