The SCHULZE Swing Duo Press Dual 40cm x 50cm Manual Self-Opening Swing-Away Heat Press combines straightforward manual operation with the productivity of two independent workstations. Featuring dual 40 x 50 cm lower platens, automatic opening, a manually operated swing-away heating platen, touchscreen controls, and a digital pressure indicator, the Swing Duo Press is designed for professional apparel decorators who want higher production capacity without moving to a pneumatic or fully automatic machine.

The dual-station design allows the operator to prepare one garment or product while the opposite workstation is being pressed. Once the pressing cycle is complete, the heating platen automatically opens and can be manually swung over to the prepared workstation. The finished item can then be unloaded and the next transfer positioned while the opposite station is being pressed.

This alternating workflow helps reduce downtime during repetitive production while keeping both lower platens fully accessible. Because the heating platen swings completely away from the open workstation, operators have an unobstructed area for garment loading, transfer alignment, and unloading.

The press is manually closed using its ergonomic handle, while an integrated digital pressure indicator provides a clear reference for the amount of pressure being applied. The display uses a scale from 0 for no pressure to 10 for maximum pressure, making it easier to reproduce similar pressure settings across frequently repeated jobs.

A modern touch display provides control over pressing time, temperature, Eco Mode, and selectable pre-press and post-press functions. This allows operators to create repeatable workflows for different transfer materials while retaining the simplicity and direct control of a manual heat press.

SCHULZE's 3.3 kW Turbo heating platen is designed for fast warm-up and even temperature distribution across the 40 x 50 cm surface. The heating system uses up to two heating zones to help maintain consistent platen temperature during demanding production runs.

The Quick Release base plate system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged quickly using a lever beneath the workstation. Both the heating platen and lower platens are interchangeable, allowing the Swing Duo Press to be adapted for different garment sizes, bags, umbrellas, and other specialty transfer applications.
