Sefa Duplex Mini Pro Cap & Logo Heat Press

The SEFA Duplex Mini Pro Heat Press is a professional dual-station pneumatic press designed for high-volume cap, logo, and small-format heat transfer production. Featuring an automatic shuttle system, pneumatic opening and closing, and two working stations, the Duplex Mini Pro is built to maximize output while reducing repetitive operator effort.

While one item is being pressed, the operator can load and prepare the second platen, helping minimize downtime between cycles. Once activated using the two-hand controls or foot pedal, the press automatically moves into position and completes the pressing cycle, creating a smooth and efficient workflow for repetitive production.

The Duplex Mini Pro can be configured with either 18 x 8 cm (7" x 3") cap platens or 16 x 16 cm (6" x 6") logo platens, making it ideal for high-volume production of decorated caps, chest logos, patches, labels, sleeves, and other small-format products. When configured for cap production, integrated cap tensioners help keep headwear securely positioned during pressing.

With pneumatic pressure up to 993 g/cm², the Duplex Mini Pro delivers strong, repeatable pressure from cycle to cycle. SEFA's advanced touchscreen electronics provide precise PID temperature regulation, adaptive control, up to four timers, ten programmable recipes, production counting, and energy-saving functions for reliable professional operation.
