The SEFA e-Duplex Lite 40cm x 50cm Heat Press is a professional dual-station pneumatic heat press built for high-volume textile decoration and demanding production environments. Featuring two full-size 40 x 50 cm (16" x 20") lower platens, the e-Duplex Lite allows operators to prepare one garment or substrate while the other is being pressed, helping reduce downtime and increase throughput.

The press uses pneumatic automatic opening and closing for consistent pressure from cycle to cycle, while the operator manually moves the heating head between the two workstations. This dual-station workflow makes it easy to alternate between pressing and loading, allowing production to continue on the free platen while the opposite station is completing its cycle.

With pressure up to 625 g/cm², a maximum material thickness of 45 mm, and a powerful 2200 W heating system, the e-Duplex Lite is well suited for heat transfer vinyl, screen print transfers, textile sublimation, rigid substrate sublimation, ChromaLuxe®, laser transfers, and DTG-related applications including pretreatment drying. Large clearance around the lower platens provides additional room for positioning garments, thicker substrates, and specialty products.

SEFA's quick-change platen system makes it easier to adapt the press for different production needs, while garments can be threaded onto the lower platens from either the front or rear. Advanced SEFA electronics provide independent timing and preheating control for each workstation, along with 10 programmable recipes, adaptive regulation, Eco Mode, Standby Mode, and dual production counters.
