The SEFA e-Rotex Air Pro 40cm x 50cm Heat Press is a fully automated pneumatic swing-away heat press designed for efficient medium-volume production across a wide range of heat transfer applications. Featuring a full-size 40 x 50 cm (16" x 20") platen, pneumatic opening and closing, and automatic swing-away operation, the e-Rotex Air Pro minimizes repetitive operator movement while providing consistent pressure from cycle to cycle.

Once the pressing cycle is activated, the pneumatic system automatically closes the press with consistent pressure. At the end of the timed cycle, the upper platen automatically opens and swings completely away from the lower platen, providing unobstructed access for unloading the finished product and preparing the next transfer. This automated workflow helps improve productivity while reducing operator effort during repetitive production runs.

The swing-away design is especially useful for thicker garments and rigid substrates because the heated platen lifts vertically away from the product before rotating to the side. With pressure up to 400 g/cm², temperatures up to 220°C / 429°F, and a powerful 2200 W heating system, the e-Rotex Air Pro is well suited for heat transfer vinyl, screen print transfers, textile sublimation, rigid substrate sublimation, ChromaLuxe® panels, laser transfers, and DTG-related applications including pretreatment drying.

Quick-change platens make it easier to adapt the press for different products, while the lower platen can accommodate garments threaded from either the front or rear. SEFA's advanced digital controls provide precise time, temperature, and preheating adjustments along with 10 programmable recipes, adaptive regulation, Eco Mode, Standby Mode, and dual production counters.
