The STAHLS' Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Press is a professional headwear heat press designed to decorate the front, sides, and back of a cap without repeatedly removing and repositioning it. Its specially shaped universal lower platen accommodates a wide variety of common cap sizes and styles while helping reduce wrinkles, scorching, and unwanted platen marks.

Unlike a traditional cap press, the 360 IQ® uses independently controlled upper and lower heating elements. Heating the cap from both sides provides more even heat distribution and makes the press especially effective for patches, emblems, dimensional transfers, and other applications that benefit from bottom heat.

The integrated Fusion IQ® touchscreen controller gives operators precise control over time and the temperature of both heating elements while also providing pressure feedback, preset storage, production statistics, and machine usage tracking.
