The STAHLS' Hotronix® Auto Open Cap is designed for decorators who want faster, more consistent cap production with less operator fatigue. Its curved heating element and 9 x 16 cm standard cap platen are shaped for common headwear applications, while the magnetic auto-open system lifts the heating element automatically when the timer expires.
Digital displays for time, temperature, and pressure make settings easy to monitor. The magnetically assisted lock-down reduces the effort required to close the press, and interchangeable cap platens make it possible to adapt the machine for low-profile, low-crown, trucker, oversized, baby, and other hat styles.
