The Lotus LPS 70 / LPS 80 / LPS 100 Semi-Automatic Fixing Press Series is designed specifically for professional textile fixing and fusing applications where large pressing surfaces, consistent pressure, and precise temperature control are required. Available in three large-format sizes, the LPS series is particularly well suited for garment manufacturing, textile finishing, interlining, and other production environments that require reliable thermal fixation across larger textile areas.

Unlike a conventional transfer press, the LPS series uses a felt-covered lower pressing platen with a heat-resistant Nomex cover. This construction provides the support needed for professional thermo-fixing applications while helping maintain even contact across larger textiles and garment components.

Each LPS model features a semi-automatic magnetic locking system. The heating platen is lowered manually and held securely during the pressing cycle, then automatically releases when the programmed time has elapsed. This reduces operator effort while providing the control and simplicity of a semi-automatic press without requiring a compressed-air system.

Digital controls allow the operator to precisely set pressing time and temperature, while continuously adjustable pressure provides flexibility for different fabrics, fusible materials, and production requirements. The upper heating platen is protected with a non-stick coating, and Lotus heating technology is designed to provide fast warm-up and consistent temperature distribution across the large pressing surface.
