The Lotus LTS 775 Dual 75cm x 50cm Pneumatic XL Swing-Away Heat Press is a professional large-format production press designed for oversized heat transfers, sublimation, technical textiles, sportswear, workwear, and specialty applications. Featuring two 75 x 50 cm lower platens, pneumatic operation, and a swing-away heating platen, the LTS 775 combines an XL working area with an efficient dual-station workflow.

The dual-platen design allows the operator to prepare one garment, textile, or substrate while the opposite station is being pressed. When the first cycle is complete, the heating platen can be moved to the prepared workstation while the finished product is unloaded and the next transfer is positioned. This alternating workflow helps reduce downtime and improve productivity compared with a single-station large-format press.

Pneumatic operation takes the physical effort out of closing the oversized heating platen. At the push of a button, the heating platen automatically lowers, locks into position, and maintains pressure throughout the programmed transfer cycle. When the timer reaches zero, the platen automatically lifts, helping provide a consistent and repeatable production process.

The swing-away heating platen provides excellent access to both lower workstations. Its wide opening angle gives the operator a clear view of the full transfer area for easier loading and accurate positioning of oversized graphics, textiles, and sublimation media while also helping keep hands away from the heated surface.

Both lower platens are freestanding, allowing garments and textiles to be threaded onto the press in a single layer. This helps keep seams, additional fabric layers, and previously applied graphics away from the pressing surface while making large products easier to position.

Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology provides fast warm-up and even, stable temperature distribution across the large 75 x 50 cm heating surface. Digital controls provide precise adjustment of time and temperature, while three programmable presets, a production counter, and pre- and post-press functionality help streamline repeat production.
