Introducing the SCHULZE Air 4 Press! Designed for maximum production efficiency, this semi-automatic pneumatic carousel heat press features four rotating base plates for continuous high-volume textile printing.
The Air 4 Press automatically completes the pressing cycle after the operator loads the textile and starts the machine by button or hand signal using the built-in motion sensor.
With four 40 x 50 cm rotating base plates, operators can load and unload across multiple stations, helping increase output and reduce downtime in demanding production environments.
A touch display controls temperature, time, transfer type selection, memory settings, and press cycles. The heating platen includes a protective safety frame, and the press also includes an emergency stop button. A compressor is required for operation.
