The SCHULZE Air Power Automatic Press Dual-Station 40cm x 50cm Pneumatic Heat Press is a professional production heat press built for high-volume apparel decoration and repeatable transfer workflows. Featuring two 40 x 50 cm workstations, pneumatic pressure, automatic opening and closing, and a fully automated swiveling heating platen, the Air Power Automatic Press minimizes manual movement and allows the operator to focus primarily on loading garments and positioning transfers.

The dual-station design allows one garment or product to be prepared while the opposite workstation is being pressed. In fully automatic operation, the heating platen can automatically complete the pressing cycle, open, and move to the opposite workstation, helping create a continuous production workflow with minimal downtime between transfers.

This automatic platen movement is one of the key differences between the Air Power Automatic Press and SCHULZE's more manually operated dual-station machines. Instead of requiring the operator to physically swing the heating platen from side to side, a stepper-motor drive automatically positions the heating platen between the two workstations.

Pneumatic operation provides strong, repeatable pressure while reducing the repetitive physical effort associated with manual heat presses. Pressure can be continuously adjusted up to 6 bar, allowing the press to be configured for different textiles, transfer materials, and substrate thicknesses.

A modern 5-inch touchscreen provides control over temperature, pressing time, pressure settings, operating modes, and production programs. Up to three pressing times can be programmed for each workstation, allowing operators to create dedicated pre-press, main-press, and post-press cycles for frequently used transfer applications.

The machine can be operated in multiple ways depending on the desired workflow, including fully automatic operation, foot pedal activation, touchscreen control, and manual operation. This flexibility allows the Air Power Automatic Press to adapt to both continuous production runs and jobs that require more direct operator control.

SCHULZE's Quick Release base plate system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged quickly using a lever-operated mechanism. Interchangeable heating and base plates expand the machine beyond standard T-shirt production for bags, backpacks, shoes, umbrellas, specialty textiles, and other products.

The 3.3 kW Turbo heating platen is designed for fast warm-up and even temperature distribution across the 40 x 50 cm pressing area. Up to two heating zones help maintain consistent platen temperature during demanding production runs.

A protective safety frame surrounding the heating platen helps protect the operator during automatic operation. If the safety system is triggered while the platen is closing, the machine prevents the pressing cycle from continuing, making the Air Power Automatic Press well suited for busy production environments where operators are continually loading and unloading products around the machine.
