SCHULZE Blue Press Manual Self-Opening Clamshell Heat Press

The SCHULZE Blue Press Manual Self-Opening Clamshell Heat Press is a compact and dependable professional heat press designed for apparel decorators, small businesses, growing print shops, and production environments that need a straightforward everyday transfer press. Available with either a 38 x 38 cm or larger 40 x 50 cm pressing area, the Blue Press combines simple manual operation with automatic opening, electronic controls, and SCHULZE's proven heat press construction.

The Blue Press uses a familiar clamshell design that keeps the machine footprint compact while providing an efficient workflow for T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, pillowcases, and other textiles. The press is manually closed using the pressure handle, giving the operator direct control over the pressing process.

When the programmed pressing time is complete, the heating platen automatically opens. This self-opening design helps reduce the risk of over-pressing while eliminating the need for the operator to manually lift the heating platen at the end of every cycle.

Electronic controls provide convenient adjustment of pressing time, temperature, and ECO Mode. ECO Mode automatically places the press into an energy-saving standby state after a selected period of inactivity, helping reduce unnecessary energy use between production runs.

Both Blue Press models feature an elevated lower platen design that helps garments and textiles sit properly across the pressing surface for accurate transfer placement. The machine also includes a protective cover for the lower platen.

The 38 x 38 cm model provides a compact workspace with 1.7 kW of heating power and up to approximately 350 kg of pressing force, making it well suited for standard apparel and smaller production areas. The larger 40 x 50 cm model increases heating output to 2.3 kW and maximum pressing force to approximately 500 kg, providing additional room for larger graphics, garments, and production requirements.

Unlike many of SCHULZE's more modular professional presses, the heating and lower platens on the Blue Press are permanently installed and are not interchangeable. This simpler construction makes the Blue Press an easy-to-operate option for shops that primarily need a dependable flat heat press for everyday textile decoration.
