The SCHULZE Cap Press 8cm x 16cm Manual Self-Opening Heat Press is a professional headwear press designed specifically for decorating caps and hats. Featuring a curved 8 x 16 cm heating plate, automatic opening, touchscreen controls, adjustable pressure, and interchangeable lower platens, the Cap Press provides the shape, control, and consistent contact needed for reliable headwear decoration.
Unlike a standard flat heat press, the SCHULZE Cap Press is engineered around the curved surface of a cap. The shaped heating and lower platens help hold the cap securely in position while maintaining consistent contact across the transfer area, making it easier to apply logos, DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl, embroidered emblems, and other decorations to structured and unstructured headwear.
The press is manually closed using its ergonomic handle and automatically opens when the programmed pressing time is complete. This self-opening operation helps reduce the risk of over-pressing while allowing the operator to focus on accurately positioning the next cap or transfer.
An easily accessible pressure adjustment wheel beneath the lower platen allows pressing pressure to be fine-tuned for different cap constructions and transfer materials. With up to 300 kg of pressing force, the Cap Press provides substantial pressure while retaining precise manual adjustment.
A modern touch display provides control over temperature, pressing time, pre-press, main-press, and post-press cycles. The controller also includes an integrated transfer counter and ECO Mode, helping create repeatable production workflows while reducing unnecessary energy consumption during periods of inactivity.
The standard 8 x 16 cm lower platen can be exchanged for optional specialty platens, including an 8 x 6 cm platen for children's caps. For thicker transfers, embroidered patches, or applications that benefit from heating from both sides, an optional heated 8 x 16 cm lower platen is also available.
Whether you're producing team caps, company uniforms, branded merchandise, personalized hats, or short-run promotional headwear, the SCHULZE Cap Press provides a dedicated professional platform for consistent curved-surface heat transfer production.
