The SCHULZE Pneu Press 40cm x 50cm Pneumatic Slide-Out Heat Press is a professional pneumatic transfer press designed for consistent pressure, efficient garment loading, and repeatable production. Featuring a 40 x 50 cm pressing area, automatic opening and closing, an extractable lower platen, touchscreen controls, and SCHULZE's Quick Release platen system, the Pneu Press provides a versatile production platform for apparel, transfers, bags, and specialty products.

The machine's defining feature is its slide-out lower platen. The entire work surface can be pulled away from beneath the heating platen, providing an open and unobstructed area for positioning garments and transfers. This makes alignment easier while keeping the operator farther away from the heated surface during loading and unloading.

Pneumatic operation provides consistent pressing force without requiring the operator to manually close the heating platen. Once the cycle is initiated, the press automatically closes, maintains the selected pressure for the programmed time, and automatically opens when the cycle is complete. Pressure can be adjusted continuously up to 6 bar to accommodate different garments, substrates, and transfer applications.

An intuitive touchscreen control panel provides access to pressing time, temperature, transfer memory settings, and separate pre-press and main-press durations. This makes it easier to create repeatable workflows for frequently used transfer materials while reducing the need to manually change settings between jobs.

SCHULZE's Turbo heating platen provides up to 3300 W of heating power and uses up to two heating zones to promote fast warm-up and even temperature distribution across the 40 x 50 cm surface. The press reaches approximately 180°C in about 12 minutes and supports temperatures up to 220°C.

The Quick Release base plate system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged in seconds using a lever beneath the platen. Optional heating and base plates expand the Pneu Press for T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, bags, umbrellas, and other specialty applications without requiring a completely separate press.
