The SCHULZE Swing Press 40cm x 50cm Manual Self-Opening Swing-Away Heat Press is a professional manual heat press designed for decorators who want precise pressure control, excellent platen access, and automatic opening without requiring compressed air or a fully electric drive system. Featuring a 40 x 50 cm pressing area, swing-away heating platen, touch display, digital pressure indicator, and SCHULZE's Quick Release platen system, the Swing Press provides a versatile platform for everyday professional heat transfer production.

The press is manually closed using its ergonomic handle, giving the operator direct control over the pressing process. Once the programmed transfer time is complete, the heating platen automatically opens, helping reduce the risk of over-pressing and eliminating the need to manually lift the platen at the end of every cycle.

After opening, the heating platen can be swung completely away from the lower workstation. This leaves the entire lower platen unobstructed for easier garment loading, transfer alignment, unloading, and threading of products while also keeping the operator farther away from the heated surface.

An integrated digital pressure indicator provides a clear reference for the amount of pressure being applied. Pressure is displayed on a scale from 0 for no pressure to 10 for maximum pressure, making it easier to reproduce similar settings across frequently repeated transfer applications instead of relying solely on feel.

A modern touch display provides intuitive control over pressing time, temperature, selectable pre-press and post-press functions, and Eco Mode. Together with the digital pressure indicator, these controls give operators clear feedback over the primary variables required for consistent heat transfer production.

SCHULZE's 3.3 kW Turbo heating platen is designed for fast warm-up and even temperature distribution across the 40 x 50 cm pressing area. The heating system uses up to two heating zones to help maintain consistent temperature during professional production.

The Quick Release base plate system allows compatible lower platens to be exchanged quickly using a lever beneath the workstation. Both the lower platen and heating platen are interchangeable, allowing the Swing Press to be configured for different garment sizes, bags, umbrellas, and other specialty heat transfer applications.
