The SEFA e-Slide 540 Lite/Pro 40cm x 50cm Heat Press is a professional pneumatic heat press designed to deliver efficient production in a compact footprint. Featuring a full-size 40 x 50 cm (16" x 20") platen and a front-loading drawer system, the e-Slide 540 gives operators easy access to the lower platen without requiring the additional side clearance of a traditional swing-away press. 

Both the Lite and Pro versions use pneumatic opening and closing, helping provide consistent pressure from cycle to cycle while reducing repetitive operator effort. The key difference is the lower platen movement: the e-Slide 540 Lite uses a manually operated drawer, while the e-Slide 540 Pro uses a pneumatically assisted automatic drawer that moves in and out as part of the production cycle.

The e-Slide 540 also features SEFA's Quick Release platen attachment system and a reversible sleeve-style lower platen, giving decorators greater flexibility when loading garments and changing platen configurations. Its 2200 W heating system provides the performance needed for heat transfer vinyl, screen print transfers, textile and rigid substrate sublimation, ChromaLuxe®, laser transfers, and DTG-related processes such as pretreatment drying.

Advanced SEFA electronics provide precise control over time, temperature, and preheating, along with 10 programmable recipes, adaptive temperature regulation, Eco Mode, Standby Mode, and dual production counters. Designed and manufactured in France, the e-Slide 540 is an excellent choice for professional shops that want pneumatic consistency, front-loading convenience, and strong production capability without requiring a large operating footprint.
