Sefa Slide 865 85cm x 65cm Heat Press

The SEFA Slide 865 85cm x 65cm Heat Press is a large-format pneumatic heat press engineered for professional sublimation and transfer production on oversized textiles and rigid substrates. Developed in partnership with ChromaLuxe®, the Slide 865 features an 85 x 65 cm (33" x 26") platen with a generous 80 x 60 cm (32" x 24") usable pressing area, providing the capacity needed for large panels, oversized graphics, and specialty production.

The Slide 865 uses pneumatic opening and closing along with dual pneumatic cylinders to help distribute pressure evenly across the entire large-format platen. Its front-loading lower platen slides almost completely out from beneath the heating area, giving operators excellent access for positioning large transfer sheets, garments, panels, and rigid substrates before pressing.

For consistent heating across its oversized platen, the Slide 865 features two independent concentric heating zones. This design helps maintain even temperature distribution throughout the pressing area—an especially important consideration when producing large sublimated panels where variations in heat can affect transfer consistency.

With pressure up to 453 g/cm², support for substrates up to 45 mm thick, and a powerful 6000 W heating system, the Slide 865 is built for demanding applications including ChromaLuxe® panels, rigid substrate sublimation, large-format textile sublimation, and oversized heat transfer vinyl graphics.

SEFA's large touchscreen control panel provides precise PID temperature regulation, programmable preheating, four recordable programs, a dual timer, resettable production counter, and energy-saving functionality. Available in both single-phase and three-phase configurations, the Slide 865 offers serious large-format production capability for professional sublimation shops and high-output decorating environments.
