The Lotus LTS 609 / 630 / 640 / 660 / 690 Large Format Pneumatic Heat Press Series is engineered for professional XXL heat transfer and sublimation production where a large working surface, strong pneumatic pressure, and consistent temperature are essential. With five available platen sizes ranging from 100 x 90 cm up to 160 x 100 cm, the LTS 600 Series provides a scalable solution for oversized textiles, rigid sublimation substrates, ChromaLuxe® panels, technical textiles, interior products, and other demanding large-format applications.

Each model uses automatic pneumatic operation to simplify pressing large or heavy substrates. At the push of a button, the heating platen automatically lowers, locks into position, and maintains consistent pressure throughout the programmed transfer cycle. When the timer reaches zero, the heating platen automatically lifts, helping create a repeatable workflow while reducing repetitive operator effort.

An extractable lower platen provides clear access to the entire transfer area for easier loading, unloading, and accurate positioning of oversized textiles, panels, and transfer graphics. The wide opening also helps keep the operator away from the heated surface while preparing the next job.

Lotus's Mikanit 2.0 heating technology is designed to provide fast warm-up and even, stable temperature distribution across these exceptionally large heating surfaces. Individual heating elements can be serviced separately when required, helping extend the useful life of the heating system while simplifying long-term maintenance.

Digital controls allow operators to precisely set and monitor transfer time and temperature. The press can store up to three frequently used time and temperature programs, while a production counter tracks completed cycles. Pre- and post-press functionality also allows a shortened pressing cycle to be performed without changing the primary saved transfer settings.

For specialized applications, the LTS 600 Series can also be supplied with an optional additional lower heating platen. This allows configurations using upper heat, lower heat, or both heating systems depending on the application.
