1. Returns You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Note that return shipping costs will apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Technical Support Team immediately for further assistance at (800)215-0894 Line 3.

Shipping large items like heat presses, vinyl cutters, and printers can be challenging, so we ensure they’re well-protected with reinforced boxes, foam moldings, and stability boards. To keep your return safe, we require items to be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns without it.
2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature or inability to resell them, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Inks that have been opened
- Items financed through Quickspark/Time Payment
3. Return Process To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@heatpressnation.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and include photos of the item if applicable. Our team will guide you through the process.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exchanges If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above, and then place a new order for the item you'd like.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos or further information to assist with the claim.
7. Final Sale Items While Heat Press Nation would love to accept all items back, there are "Final Sale" products that are not eligible for return or exchanges due to the nature of the product. These items include, but are not limited to the following listed below. For a more extensive list of final sale items, please contact our customer support team.
- Items marked "FINAL SALE"
- Clearance Items
- Demo Units
- Made to order product such as custom prints
- DTF printers & DTF products such as inks and film
- Mug press heating elements
- Sawgrass VersiFlex printers & products such as inks
- Software
Exceptions to the Return Policy
While we aim to provide the best protection for your purchases at HeatPressNation.com, there are a few situations that are beyond our control.
Vinyl Cutters: If the included software has been registered/installed, the full value of that software will be deducted from the return value of all vinyl cutters.
Printers: Printers that qualify for a return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
HPN Double Station Shuttle Heat Press Returns & freight shipments:
Return requests for the HPN Double Station Shuttle Heat Press as well as all other freight shipments must be processed through Customer Service and shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight. The original shipping crate cannot be reused; the equipment must be returned on a new four-way pallet, properly secured with stretch wrapping.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we can provide LTL shipping rates. Any damages during transit may result in a deduction from your refund for restocking fees. Please contact our customer service team to request a quote on freight cost.
Shipping Damage Policy
7-Day DOA/Shipping Damage Policy
Each machine is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure it arrives in full working order. While we cannot control what happens during transit, we are committed to resolving any damage or defects that may occur. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a brand-new replacement at no cost to you.
To qualify for a no-cost replacement, claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately and notify the delivery driver of any visible damage to the packaging.
If your item is damaged or not functioning properly, contact our Technical Support Team right away at support@heatpressnation.com. Please include the order number and photos of the damaged product to assist with the claims process.
