I apparently made a mistake on my ink order and received 2 of the same colors. I called and customer service was very friendly and polite and took care of it immediately. Shipped out the correct item within an hour and sent me a free return label to return the one I didn't need. I don't believe I have ever had an issue be resolved that quickly and efficiently before. Thank you for all you did.
One email got the knight team in action and the fulfilled the lifetime warranty on the platen. One day to ship there, one day to fix, and one day to ship back. Amazing customer service!
I ordered quite a lot of Siser HTV and had an issue with one of the rolls I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady named Jerry. She was able to get my a replacement for the area that was affected. Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me. They both went above and beyond and because of their customer service I will never purchase in bulk anywhere else! They were truly amazing and very helpful!
