The build of this heat press is professional grade. The heat is accurate and even. The size is perfect. I use it mainly for sweatshirts right now. I ordered quite a lot of Siser HTV and had an issue with one of the rolls I ordered. I called and spoke with a lady named Jerry. She was able to get my a replacement for the area that was affected. Today, there was an issue on my end and I called and spoke with a gentleman named Austin. He was able to get me the same amount of vinyl I needed for the same price and expedite it to me. They both went above and beyond and because of their customer service I will never purchase in bulk anywhere else! They were truly amazing and very helpful!
